NO CHARGE if prototype design is not satisfying.

Each project will take approximately 3-4 weeks to complete depending on the requirements. It is divided into 3 phases and payments are scheduled as follows:

Phase 1 - Analysis & Prototype
Payment due upon completion: 40% of total cost

With no obligation, we will analyse your requirements and walk you through the process of getting your website online. Your first website prototype will be sent via email in graphical format. The finished website will be 90% close to the prototype.

Upon receiving the prototype, you need to review the colours, fonts and overall design etc. If you agreed to the design, we will proceed to the next phase, else depending on the situation, we will produce another prototype for your consideration. If the design still not going well, the project will be considered end with no charge because we believed that each person has different taste of design and we respect it.

After the confirmation, any reversal to this phase shall incur additional charges.

Phase 2 - Development
Payment due upon completion: 60% of total cost

In this phase the prototype will be converted into HTML pages and all the actual contents will be filled in. Once completed, you can preview the website at the web server allocated. You need to review and ensure the accuracy of the contents.

Once confirmed, it will be ready for implementation phase.

Phase 3 - Implementation
Payment due upon completion: Additional cost if any

Website will be published and made available to the public viewers. A special comprehensive counter is inserted to keeping track of the number of visitors.
